Fault Code 44-1984

Synopsis

Notes: For 1984 models only

Description: Logic module self-diagnostics indicate problem
Power loss light: Off
Limp-in mode: None

Possible Causes

Bad connection or wiring - Check all wiring and connections to the logic module and especially between the logic module and the power module. Make sure the logic module is getting all its power feeds from the power module (look at your wiring diagrams to see which pins these are). Clean and regrease any corroded connectors with dielectric grease and repair any shorts.

Bad logic module - Replace logic module.
